The music begins with black percussion and orange baby cries on the top left before purple bass and magenta at 0.13. The music moves through these Colours which dominate throughout. The bass continues as purple with magenta in the mid-range and chords, and orange on the highest notes. The vocals also move through these colours and start as warm oranges in the first verse. At 0.55 the vocals shift to magenta. The bass at 1.06 is purple on the middle right. The vocals continue through magenta and orange. The saxophone solo at 1.41 is magenta on the middle left and moves to high oranges and yellows on the notes as at 1.59. At 2.12 purple returns before magenta and orange vocals. At 2.44 the bass and percussion are purple and black before magenta saxophone. This combination repeats through the rest of the song. The final section is high orange saxophone as from 4.35 with the recording in blue.
This piece is one of a kind and was commissioned for someone special. While the paint may fall differently on the paper, future interpretations of this song will capture the same colours and moments as heard in the song.
